Together with the Store Manager, you manage your store independently and motivate your team every day anew. In addition, you have a targeted drive for the continuous optimisation of your KPIs and the secure use of our merchandise management and cash register system.

Your sales talent is important to us, so that as a GANT Ambassador you can lead our store in the absence of the Store Manager and be a role model for your team. You have already successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have relevant professional experience in retail. Career changer?
