Deine Aufgaben

  • Die Leitung der Filiale unter Berücksichtigung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Eine Team- und zielorientierte Führung deiner Mitarbeiter:innen sowie deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Die Repräsentation unserer Premium Lifestyle Marke als Markenbotschafter:in
  • Die Sicherstellung und den Überblick aller Store-operativen Aufgaben
  • Die Betreuung und den Aufbau von Stamm-/und Neukund:innen
  • Die Sicherstellung eines effizienten Warenmanagements sowie einer aktiven Flächensteuerung

Was brauchen wir von dir?:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im textilen Einzelhandel
  • Führungsqualitäten und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Eine motivierende, selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine Hands-On Mentalität
  • Eine hohe Verkaufsaffinität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Ein analytisches Verständnis zur Auswertung unserer KPI's
  • Gute Englisch- und PC-Kenntnisse
