Can you solve problems and increase efficiencies by automation of daily tasks? - We are looking for a Robotics Process Automation Project Manager to: - Oversee RPA supported business processes and initiate support process in case of incidents - Identify, propose and develop sustainable and efficient solutions for incidents - Maintain and improve robots as local first/second level support - Communicate with various stakeholder levels across functional areas (Business and IT) - Increase efficiencies by leveraging new methods/technologies where appropriate - Define, prioritize and drive initiatives with extended project team - Further develop the team organization and operating model **Your Career Comeback** **Your team** - The Robotics Team is part of the "Efficiency & Effectiveness" Program and supports all business areas of UBS Switzerland with regards to Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Artificial Intelligence (e.g. Cognitive capabilities, Machine Learning) is in implementation to move to the next level and scale up the current way of working by leveraging cutting edge technologies. The team continues to further built-up local Robotic Automation Solutions Support and Operations Management Expertise in Switzerland. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - an engineering/ programming and/or support background, ideally with experience in Robot Process Automation Tools (preferably Automation Anywhere Enterprise) - strongly skilled with at least one object-oriented programming language - an ability to comfortably read and write short programs/scripts - excellent analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills - curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team - able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding and fast paced environment - a confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences - experience as either project or support manager within financial services industry - would be a helpful asset - fluency in English (written and spoken) and good German language skills **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
