User Experience\/Interface Designer will help lead the process of enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and easiness provided in the interaction with the product. The role is a key contributor to e-commerce team to support in the definition of the digital product strategy and to operate to make changes happen. - At least 4 years of experience with in-depth user experience and design required (tourism or hospitality is a plus) - Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps - Experience in working in agile - Knowledge of accessibility standards - Proficiency in Figma and other tools (also prototyping) - Analytical mindset, flexible, curious, and passionate - Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position - Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language a plus - Collaborate with users, analysts, product stakeholders, and IT to deliver UX solutions that empower intuitive, powerful workflows - Design and deliver solutions to complex product problems - Identify troubleshoots and bring solutions - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team (delivering wireframes, prototypes, designs, etc.) - Understand the industry, the strategy and business requirements as well as the capabilities of cutting-edge web technologies - Identify, build and employ reusable design patterns and templates using best practices - Create design best practices and methodologies to share and present with a user-centered approach - Build and maintain a digital repository to create consistency across the digital channels - Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability - Assist with QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest standard - Assist with validating and measuring user experience success via usability testing and post deployment evaluations - AB testingVISA REQUIREMENTS (if any) EU passport or right to work in Switzerland Part of the MSC Group, MSC Cruises is the market leader in the Mediterranean, South Africa and South America, and sails year-round in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year. MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude.
