**Pour un poste fixe,** nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, une manufacture horlogère basée sur le Canton de Genève,
- ** un Customer Service Representative (H/F)**

**Votre mission**:
Responsable Administrativement d’un portefeuille de clients sur le marché Suisse dans le cadre du SAV.
- Réception et saisie de commandes clients de fournitures.
- Envoi de la marchandise aux clients (factures, frets)
- Traitement, enregistrement et facturation des réparations de les clients sur le système informatique

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire dans le domaine de l'horlogerie et/ou de la joaillerie
- Billingue Allemand: niveau C1
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique et les systèmes ERP

**Votre profil**:

- Excellent sens du service à la clientèle
- Esprit d’équipe et flexibilité
- Orienté satisfaction client
