The incumbent in this position is directly responsible and accountable for developing and successfully implementing 2 Global key account (Heinemann and Lagardere) business plan within the given boundaries of the overall WTR strategic and annual financial plan in order to deliver the annual, mid and long term business objectives for the defined scope of responsibility. Manages a larger, more complex and diverse geographical/market environment. It has people management (2 BDM direct reports) and development responsibilities as well as an enhanced amount of exposure.

**How you will contribute**

You will:
1. Drive, strengthen & expand WTR's position in the assigned travel retail markets (duty free & duty paid) by analyzing, preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans for and with all relevant global key accounts and trade partners/stakeholders throughout all different trade levels.
2. Strategic pricing management within the Gross to Net Framework, Portfolio and Assortment management, Forecast Accuracy in conjunction with lead supply chain functions.
3. Evaluation, planning & execution of overall global and regional key account customer plans in conjunction with cross functional colleagues/leads.
4. Planning, budgeting & ensuring effective overall investment of global key account & regional dedicated trade funds.
5. Ensure full business compliance with relevant external and company policies.
6. Ensure overall cash flow management objectives are met within the defined area of commercial responsibility

**What you will bring**

1. Proven, strong and diverse customer as well as geographical commercial portfolio management background with 7 - 10 years experience.
2. Proven and consistently successful P & L responsibilities.
3. Diverse people and stakeholder management skills
4. Ability to develop and shape a winning team.
5. University degree.
6. High travel requirement (50%) across diverse geographies.

7. Fluent in English and German.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
