**Profile**
- Lab tech diploma (CFC) or Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology or a related field.
- Prior laboratory experience in cell culture and histology techniques is necessary, experience in 3D-culture is a plus.
- Fluent both in French and English. German is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with BS2 laboratory safety protocols and best practices.
- Team player, strong networking and social

**Mission**
- At Tumorshare EPFL, we are a pioneering research facility dedicated to advancing the field of personalized oncology through biobanking and tissue explant and organoid technologies.

**Main duties and responsibilities**- Key Responsibilities
Collecting Human tissue collection with hospitals in the area. Schedule flexibility.
Tissue processing and storage.
Prepare and analyze samples (cell biology, histology), ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
Biobanking.
Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory.
Document experimental procedures and results in detailed reports.
