**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with Mobility customers in partnership with PPG technical expert to understand needs and be able to push the value proposition of PPG solution.
- Lead further exchanges with customers, from sampling to trials, possibly monitoring pre-series and secure launch.
- Configure then a complex product and services solution and associated contractual terms that meet the customer’s mid
- to long-term needs.
- Pre-execute sales to the customers, coordinating the engagement of own organization with the customer organization.
- Accompany product from first offer up to first purchase order in production.
- Negotiate agreement within a pre-defined range of commercial parameters.
- In some cases, be accountable to transfer sales into Business Units or developing and implementing a relationship management plan for strategic and complex (potential) accounts.
- Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events.
- Gather and consolidate market intelligence.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering field.
- At least, 5 years’ experience in a business development or sales roles, either in the Automotive value chain (OEM or Tiers) and/or in the field of electrified (BEV, PHEV or FCEV) Mobility (battery cell manufacturer, battery pack manufacturer or tiers involved in electrification).
- An open minded and agile personality, able to evolve in a complex environment with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent English and German language.
- This role can be held in home office and include travelling in Europe up to 70%.
