Transaction Manager W/m/d

Transaction Manager im Bereich Alts - Real Assets fokussieren auf Akquisitionen und Verkäufe und bringen ihre Erfahrung in einer breiten Palette an Immobilien
- und Portfoliotransaktionen ein. Transaction Manager haben im Transaktionsprozess eine zentrale Rolle und unterstützen das Deal Sourcing, machen zusammen mit den Spezialisten aus den Bereichen Asset Management und Development & Construction das Cash-Flow-Modelling und die Due Diligence. Sie präsentieren Transaktionen für Gremienentscheide vor dem Investitionskomitee und sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Transaktion (inkl. Vertragsverhandlungen und Vollzug). Typische Aufgaben eines Transaction Managers beinhalten:

- Identifikation und Beurteilung von Immobilientransaktionen (Akquisition und Verkauf) in allen Segmenten sowie Ausführung des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses in der ganzen Schweiz
- Bewertung von Immobilien und Immobiliengesellschaften (inkl. Financial Modeling)
- Wissensaustausch mit anderen Teams (Asset Management, Development & Construction, Fund Management) und Koordination der entsprechenden Deal-Teams (inkl. Due Diligence)
- Teilnahme an Besichtigungen vor Ort
- Ausführung von verschiedenen Analysen um Investment
- und/oder Verkaufsentscheide zu unterstützen (z.B. ESG-Evaluation)
- Erstellung von Präsentationen (insb. in PowerPoint)
- Präsentationen von Investitions
- und Devestitionsmöglichkeiten vor den lokalen und globalen Investment Komitees
- Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Rechtsabteilung und Sicherstellung von erfolgreichen Transaktionsabschlüssen
- Erweiterung des Netzwerkes mit relevanten Marktteilnehmern (Investoren, Entwicklern, Banken, Maklern, Agenten und Beratern, Rechtsanwälte, etc.)
- Marktsondierung nach Trends und Entwicklung von Investitionsopportunitäten

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Studienabschluss in Immobilien, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften oder eine Notariatsausbildung
- Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Schweiz
- Kenntnisse des Schweizer Immobilienmarktes und deren verschiedenen Segmente
- Idealerweise gut etabliertes Netzwerk mit Investoren, Entwicklern, Banken, Maklern und Beratern
- Wunsch in einem sehr professionellen und kooperativen Team mitzuarbeiten
- Organisationstalent
- Höchste Aufmerksamkeit für Details
- Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Gutes Urteilsvermögen
- Grosser Wissensdurst
- Sehr gute Microsoft Kenntnisse, vor allem in Excel und PowerPoint
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch zwingend, Französisch von grossem Vorteil
