Cabot Corporation is seeking a Field HR Partner to drive human resources people agenda for the EMEA Headquarters. Field HR Partner will act as the go-to person for all employees related matters and actively drive initiatives to cultivate a healthy work environment where everyone can thrive. In this role, you will consult senior leaders & executives on strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable change within their business or company and partner with leaders and managers to facilitate the success of human capital-related business goals, aligning the organization's people strategy with its' business strategy. Field HR Partner will reliably deliver HR programs, initiatives, and activities which require a high-touch local experience.

Stelleninhalte:

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Provides leadership in employee relations area, promoting open communications and a positive work environment. Works with employees and managers to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities, effective performance appraisals, and career development. Ensures that policies and processes are fairly and uniformly applied.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Implements local compensation systems and processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Collaborates with Corporate Compensation to ensure local compensation needs are met. Administers global compensation programs and processes for the site(s).
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment

Anforderungen:

- 7 years’ experience in Human Resources with proven leadership skills as HR Business partner or HR manager
- Proven experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices (German labor lay knowledge to be a plus)
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and to provide consultation, advice and handle sensitive matters.
- Ability to influence and lead others and interface with all levels of employees and external entities
- Planning and organizational skills to organize resources, conflicting demands and deadlines
- Knowledge of change management approach

- Degree in Human Resources or related field Advanced analytical and communication skills to support the business’ strategic initiatives
- Continuous improvement certification is a plus
- Fluency in English and German
