HR Generalist

We are seeking someone who can:

• Independent supervision of all personnel-related topics along the entire employee life cycle
• Ensuring and continuously developing professional, future-oriented staff recruitment, retention and support within our school
• Advising and supporting the school management and department heads in all HR processes as well as in change and development processes within the organization
• Active participation in cross-school working groups and projects as well as ongoing optimization of complex HR processes and their interfaces (e.g. with school administration, IT or insurance companies)
• Maintaining and updating employee master data and making system adjustments
• Processing insurance claims (e.g. KTG, UVG)
• Participation in HR projects and optimisation of HR processes

What you need for this position:

• Completed commercial or business management training with further training in the field of human resources or a corresponding university degree
• Several years of experience in operational HR management
• Experience in working on HR projects and in change management
• High level of service awareness and strong consulting, social and communication skills coupled with negotiation skills and intercultural sensitivity
• Proficient in written and spoken German (B2) and English (B2)

Job Types: Part-time, 60-80%

Pay: CHF48' CHF54'000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
