- Réception et traitement des commandes dans notre ERP (SAP)
- Saisie, livraison et facturation des commandes
- Etablissement des documents d'exportation
- Réception et traitement des retours de marchandises
- Gestion des échanges avec la clientèle (téléphone et courriels)

**Profil**:

- Formation commerciale ou technique (Employé de commerce CFC ou équivalent), ou au bénéfice d’une expérience similaire au préalable

**Compétences requises**:

- Maîtrise confirmée des outils informatiques usuels (suite MS Office, logiciels de gestion SAP)
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle
- Aisance relationnelle, sens du service client et esprit d’équipe

**Langues**:

- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (l’allemand est un atout)
