**Your tasks***: - As part of our Finance Shared Services Center, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and secure process for the accounting of financial transactions and the reporting of this data as part of recurring reportings. - Recording of supplier invoices: - Validation of invoices and control of account assignment (cost centers/internal orders) - Monitoring of the invoice approval by the responsible persons Coordination with several departments in case of quantity and price discrepancies - Creation and Modification of vendor accounts: processing of travel expense reports, payment & execution of payment runs - Ensuring the correct process flow - Recording of cash receipts of customer payments and processing of the customer dunning process - Support during the monthly closing: Responsible for monthly intercompany reporting and other reports - Propose improvement measures, initiate their implementation and monitor their level of achievement / Participate in the ongoing improvement process. **Your profile***: - Completed commercial training with further training in finance and accounting - Experience (3 years +) in Accounting - Self-starter, target driven hands-on attitude, solution finder - Languages: very good knowledge in German and French, English is an asset. - IT-Skills: very good knowledge in MS-Office & SAP, Cognos is an Asset **Benefits**:Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
