.We are looking for a Welcome & HR Administration Manager for a luxury 5* hotel in the Lake Geneva area (Canton of Vaud), Switzerland.
- This is a newly created role. As Welcome & HR Administration Manager, you would be the first contact person for the employees for all HR related issues. You would be the ambassador of the hotel and have true pleasure assisting the employees. You would also take care of the overall HR administration (except salaries).- The role comes with a competitive salary (13 months salary). The contract is an unlimited contract (100% role).- de Donnea & Partners is an international hospitality executive search & recruitment firm providing individualized recruitment solutions with personalized service.
