Tasks

Your mission is to be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, retention of current customers via all channels. You will proactively try to reach new clients with an innovative sales approach, opening to new channels aiming to get more customers to use CARIFY Auto Abos. You will communicate and support closely the operations team, as well as marketing, business analysis and B2B Sales, building up the company. You will be in charge of any inbound calls or messages from our clients and support them in all aspects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactive sales to new customers via all channels
- Responsible of all inbound calls, chats, forms and messages from customers
- Client retention: making outbound calls to make sure about customer satisfaction
- Create and find innovative solutions to attract new clients
- Identify en engage with best clients

**Requirements**:
Able to work independently and also as part of the sales team to lead the execution of strategic plans to achieve the ambitious Business Development sales targets. This is a role that involves contact with people so you will need to be able to relate and communicate effectively with customers, understand and adapt to your audience, as well as the automotive industry.
- Excellent German and French; Swiss-German or Italian would be a plus
- Excellent people, communication skills and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, ability to synthesize perspectives and insights to create opportunities
- Curious, an attitude of continual learning
- Embraces supportive mentorship, respectful communication
