**Process & Governance Lead - Distribution & Logistics**
**About this role**
In this role you take ownership of business process management (BPM), system management, performance management, response management and continuous improvement (CI) for the Distribution & Logistics (D&L) organization.
**Location**: Baar, Switzerland working in our local hybrid model
**What you will do**:
You ensure the business processes and systems that govern the D&L operations are fit for purpose and enable the D&L organization to deliver on its responsibilities, objectives and PO&T strategic targets.
You develop, maintain and improve the tools necessary to measure D&L performance and in collaboration with Business & Operation teams monitor compliance with desired targets and drive appropriate projects.
You will develop a Response Management & Business Continuity capability - ensuring D&L is prepared and ready to adapt to unplanned, business critical activities (inventory shortages, audits, product recalls).
You develop a relationship with stakeholders in other Functions with the objective of strategic alignment, influencing proposed initiatives, nurturing constructive collaborations and driving business excellence.
**Who you are**:
Experienced in process excellence techniques and business process
- & system management. Program Management experience (business case development, budget & milestone tracking, change communication, coaching people, etc.).Proven experience in working cross functionally, influence and drive results within a matrix organization. Team player and ability to develop strong networks across the company and with external partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or similar education required. Master’s degree preferred.
- APICS CPIM / CSCP certification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years working experience in a distribution & logistics role.
- Cross functional knowledge of finance, commercial operations, quality and supply chain processes and IT interfaces.
- Fluent in English
