**Votre mission**: Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 (Eurovision), nous recherchons dès aujourd'hui un.e Internal Communication & Reporting Manager pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée jusqu'à fin juin 2025. Au sein de l'équipe PMO Eurovision, votre cahier des charges est le suivant:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de communication interne,
- Concevoir et préparer des contenus communicationnels, et assurer la gestion des canaux de communication internes,
- Planifier et mener à bien des manifestations internes telles que des séances d'échange et de feed-back, des ateliers et des formations,
- Soutenir la création d'une base de données de connaissances,
- Vous impliquer dans la collaboration entre les départements afin de garantir une communication interne cohérente, efficace et à même de répondre aux besoins en présence,
- Elaborer le reporting final de l'événement Eurovision 2025,
- Mettre au point une étude d'impact.

**Votre profil**:

- Expérience de 3 à 5 années dans la communication interne, la communication d'entreprise ou dans un rôle similaire
- Excellentes capacités communicationnelles tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Habilité à collaborer de manière efficace et autonome avec différents départements et niveaux hiérarchiques
- Esprit créatif et capacité à développer des approches communicationnelles innovantes afin de favoriser l'engagement et la motivation des collaborateur.trices
- Bonnes connaissances linguistiques (anglais, allemand et français)
