**Vacancy: GL Accountant (H/F/X) -** We are looking for a GL Accountant (H/F/X) for our client, an industrial company in Geneva, to join its dynamic and structured team for a permanent role:
The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

**Missions**
- You manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, financial statements, and closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- You contribute to financial reporting and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights.
- You ensure adherence to Swiss GAAP and local compliance regulations, bringing added value through your structured approach.
- You support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
- You stay informed about industry trends and financial tools, suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- You have substantial accounting experience, particularly in IFRS and full-cycle accounting.
- You are proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software tools.
- You are fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You thrive in structured industries, ideally with an industrial background, and adapt well to team-oriented environments.
- You possess a dynamic mindset and demonstrate the ability to handle complex financial tasks with precision.
- You bring a robust professional experience of 3-4 years per structure, with fiduciary or IFRS exposure being a strong advantage.
