**Position summary**

Located in the centre of Zug, Switzerland, our company is focused on the trading of raw materials (mainly coal). To complete our team, we are looking for a **Treasury Officer**. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize financial structures, manage liquidity and mitigate relevant risks.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Daily operations, such as invoice payment processing and follow-up, bank reconciliation, registration in the ERP system, etc.
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity for trading activities.
- Assist to Head of Treasury and Trade Finance in developing and implementation of strategies for effective working capital management.
- Prepare treasury reports and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage interest rate risks and optimize funding strategies.
- Managing risks related to credit, market conditions & regulations.

**What makes you successful**:

- Academic degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- several years of experience in treasury management within the commodities sector.
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations..
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid working permit.
- English: fluent (written and spoken). The knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Other Skills:

- Good team spirit, and a great ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with stress resistance and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- IT skills: proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ERP system Business Central (NAV) is a plus.
