**Systems Technician Team Leader**

Our shops are supported by our ultra-modern Sheet Metal shop, which produces all structural and decorative elements such as seats rail, brackets, metal boxes, fittings, hinges, and inlays that help us create the customized details of the Customers. The shop can also make specialty fixtures and decorative items like table’s mechanisms, Shower doors, cargo racks, as well as parts that will have plated surfaces with gold or other metallic finishing. A quality production line dedicated for System assemblies and manufacture of pipe parts. Recently redesigned and restructured to meet the latest demands of our customers, our sheet metal shop is outfitted with the latest modern equipment, including a new CNC Machining Centre, expanded orbital welding capabilities, Heat Treatment and Tube Bending capabilities that make our Sheet Metal Shop second to none.

Your area of responsibility:

- Acts as as a Team Leader for the Systems Technicians providing guidance on complex tasks, as well as allocating and managing their work according to schedule priorities on multiple aircraft
- Produces high complex piping parts with standard machines and tube bending tools according to technical drawings and procedures with a high level of safety, quality, detail and productivity
- Installs the produced systems onto the aircraft
- Accomplishes inspection of existing installations during maintenance and compiles manhours, schedule and material estimates for rectification action
- Prepares paperwork for rectification actions for non-routine work for customer additional work requirement proposal, fabrication, installation and testing
- Assembles high complex systems (water system, O2, hydraulic high pressure) subassemblies and main assemblies
- Performs high complex system repairs and modifications as requested
- Works actively and in good intelligence within the Installation Team, Maintenance Organization and with peers within the Production Organization
- When necessary, liaises with the internal stakeholder and advises concerning issues, modifications and proposed technical solutions
- Supports Engineering for product development as well as prototypes, and promotes good practice to develop and/or improves working processes and core competences of the team
- Instructs and motivates personnel in order to achieve high efficiency
- Achieves targets set by his/her supervisor with high level of quality and within budget constraints
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned
