**Role: Desktop Technician**

**Location: Basel, BS**

**Type: Long Term with Client**

**Language Proficiency: B2 Level German**
- Provide hands-on **break-fix support** for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot, install, and configure **Windows and/or Mac OS**, including both **hardware and software** issues.
- Perform upgrades, patching, imaging, and deployment of end-user systems.
- Deliver deskside and remote **technical support** for employees, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Require **2-3 years of experience** in roles such as Desktop Support, Deskside, IT Support, IT Manager, ServiceDesk, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Technician or Similar

**Job Type**: 100%

Pay: CHF5’000.00 - CHF52’000.00 per month
