Data Strategy Coordinator

**Randstad Inhouse Services **is looking for a Data Strategy Coordinator (M/F/d) for **Lonza AG **(100%). This is a temporary position for **18 months **with an opportunity for extension.

The Lonza Data Strategy was established in 2020 and over the past 2 years we have been working hard to execute with a multidisciplinary team to establish the strategy in the business. This team focuses on 3 dimensions; Data Culture, Lonza Data Framework and Lonza Data Architecture. This role will coordinate activities in these groups and across these groups. There will also be a requirement for some business analysis and project management. This role will pivot on the Data Catalogue project to enable all 3 working groups.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Brings the working groups together to facilitate the actions, supporting the working group leads and the CDO to timelines
- Support the CDO with organizing and creating presentations and demonstrations to support the Lonza Data Strategy
- Maintains the document repository of documents both in Teams and DMS for the Data Strategy and Lonza Data Framework.
- Supports the Data Catalogue implementation with project management activities under the guidance of the Lonza Data Architecture working group and Data Engineers
- Work with technical team, vendor and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the Data Catalogue across the business.
- Take an active role in all Data related topics in the business ensuring there is alignment to the Data Strategy
- Runs and facilitates the Data Science Community. Organizing monthly calls, presenting topics and working with experts within the business to share information and knowledge
- Focus on Data Literacy by curating LinkedIn Learning Content and supporting the Framework and Culture workstreams to build a comprehensive training offering for Data at Lonza.
- Work together with communications to ensure the news on the Data Strategy, Data related achievements is appropriately shared across the company.

**Key requirements**
- A Bachelor degree in the area of IT, Business or Science
- Work experience in the area of Project Management
- Experience in Business Analysis / Architecture preferred
- Business fluent English, German is an advantage
