As a Head of Product Management M/F/d at JobCloud, you have the chance to make a difference for job seekers and employers. Help us to shape the future of our products and make JobCloud stand out in a competitive market

? Defining the product vision and road map of our programmatic and pay-per-performance job ad products in line with JobCloud's company strategy
? Shaping how we move towards pay-per-performance products in the Swiss market in the long run
? Collaborating closely in a cross functional team with Sales, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Data
? Assessing product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
? Taking fact-based decisions accordingly
? Leading the Product team in Programmatic consisting of one Senior Product Manager
? Contributing to the Product Management and UX community at JobCloud

? Several years of experience in Product Management roles covering different digital products
? At least 1 year of experience in people management
? Experience in programmatic advertising, within a online media and/or recruitment is an advantage
? Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
? Experience of operating in an agile work environment
? Perseverance and patience to push a product with a lot of potential
? A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
? Fluent in English, German and French is a plus
