For our internationally renowned clients, we are a strategic partner for the digital transformation. As digital architects, we enable our customers to use data and technology in order to increase efficiency, agility and value. We are focused on the banking, government, insurance, and automotive industries.

For our Management Consulting Unit in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Consultant in Financial Services (M/F/d).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Advising leading private banks and insurance companies on their business transformation journey
- Turning strategies into measurable success: Development of target operating models, redesigning end-to-end processes to operationalize business targets and growth strategies
- Project Portfolio Management: Supporting our customers in orchestrating initiatives and ambitions with focus on value/cost ratio
- Customer-centric concepts: Analysis, validation, and assessment of customer needs, creating targeted offers and strategy-driven technology use cases
- Alternatively, to a specialization in financial industries, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in different industries, including automotive or public administration
- Leading role within customer projects, including stakeholder management, presentations, facilitating workshops or meetings on site (UK / Germany / Switzerland)

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Successfully completed university studies as well as 2 years of professional work experience in a management consulting company
- Experience with process design, knowledge of Process Engineering Frameworks
- PowerPoint, Excel, excellent moderation and communication skills
- High degree of personal responsibility, team spirit
- Future-oriented thinking
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good English and German skills, willingness to travel (primarily UK and EU)
- Strong role model for colleagues and peers
