WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING*
- Advising leading private banks and insurance companies on their business transformation journey
- Turning strategies into measurable success: Development of target operating models, redesigning end-to-end processes to operationalize business targets and growth strategies
- Project Portfolio Management: Supporting our customers in orchestrating initiatives and ambitions with focus on value/cost ratio
- Customer-centric concepts: Analysis, validation, and assessment of customer needs, creating targeted offers and strategy-driven technology use cases
- Alternatively, to a specialization in financial industries, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in different industries, including automotive or public administration
- Leading role within customer projects, including stakeholder management, presentations, facilitating workshops or meetings on site (UK / Germany / Switzerland)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Successfully completed university studies _as _well as 2 years of professional work experience in a management consulting company
- Experience with process design, knowledge of Process Engineering Frameworks
- PowerPoint, Excel, excellent moderation and communication skills
- High degree of personal responsibility, team spirit
- Future-oriented thinking
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good English and German skills, willingness to travel (primarily UK and EU)
- Strong role model for colleagues and peers
