**Was wir von Dir erwarten.**

Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre in einer grossen Agentur verbracht und schon einige bekannte Kampagnen on-air gebracht. Dir macht keiner mehr was vor, denn du weisst, dass gute Kundenbeziehungen Teil vom Erfolgsrezept sind und du erkennst oft schon vor ihnen, was sie brauchen, um ihr Ziel zu erreichen. Du trennst nicht mehr zwischen on-und offline, da sowieso alles Kommunikation ist.

Im Gegenteil, du begegnest den digitalen Herausforderungen in unserer heutigen Kommunikationswelt mit Leichtigkeit. Du liebst Dynamik und Wellengang und verzweifelst auch nicht, wenn dir mal die Brise etwas entgegenweht? Dann solltest du dir Gedanken machen, ob TBWA\Zürich nicht dein nächster Hafen werden könnte.

Wenn du ausserdem noch ein engagierter Teamplayer bist, Englisch für dich keine Fremdsprache ist und du auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf sowie den Überblick behältst, dann könntest du hier richtig sein.

**Was dich erwartet.**

Dich erwartet bei uns ein leidenschaftliches Team, spannende, namhafte Kunden (Coop, McDonald’s, SBB, Porsche, Credit Suisse, viele mehr), vielfältige Aufgaben und eigenständiges Arbeiten in einer flachen Hierarchie sowie viel Gestaltungsspielraum und eine offene Unternehmenskultur.
