We are looking for a **Project Manager** with marketing and creative backgrounds to run operations for some of our clients (pension area) in Geneva.

As a Project Manager at EPAM you will take the ownership of multiple projects (branding, online and offline campaign, shooting production, assets production, SEA, SEO, etc.) and ensure their quality, their profitability and the satisfaction of our clients.

You will be the interface between EPAM and the client during the whole project lifecycle. Internally, you will act as a conductor and work with highly skilled people, from creative teams, designers to analysts, architects, developers, testers and many other talents. You will cooperate with account managers to guarantee the satisfaction of our clients by ensuring the quality, the respect of the timing and of the budget for the great projects we deliver.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, plan, deliver growth marketing (clients acquisition) and creative projects (production of digital and offline marketing campaign, production of print reports and magazine)
- Liaise with the clients, understand their needs and requirements
- Support the sales process in identifying opportunities, needs and presales offers
- Be responsible for project production & planning, allocating resources, budgeting
- Ensure the review and delivery of the project on time and within budget
- Manage risks and identify appropriate solutions
- Coordinate experts from several locations in Europe and ensure an efficient international collaboration
- Provide excellent client service, understand the project both from a marketing and technical point of view and support our clients to ensure building privileged client relationships
- Ensure the quality of the project by challenging the deliveries and by following an adequate quality assurance policy

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Significant experience in Creative and Marketing project management, strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies in an international context
- Mandatory experience in an agency with demonstrated projects implying Design and Digital Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) in an agency context
- Very good understanding of campaign projects' technical complexity
- Knowledge of one or more major CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.)
- Excellent client and team management skills
- Experience working in an international context with remote team members
- Experience with Business and/or Functional Analysis
- Experience with UX, Design and Digital marketing deliveries
- Knowledge of Technical Architecture and/or Development essentials is a plus
- Native French and fluent English language skill
