**TAXES AREA**
- Communication and advice on legal and tax developments affecting the activity of the company.
- Legal representationlocal/national legal and financial implications
- Local network of third party go-to experts for legal, tax, financial recommendations and support

**ACCOUNTING AND TREASURY AREA**
- Accounting of the company (including bookkeeping)
- Advice and accounting guidance on the various operations which may arise in theordinary course of the business
- Revenue RecognitionCommunication and advice on legal accounting developments
- Official books (inventories, balance sheets, P&L, etc.)
- Reporting to the MD and to the Group Finance Department on a monthly basis (business review and financial figures)

**CASH MANAGEMENT**
- Bank negotiations
- Cash CollectionShort term investments, cash pooling, etc.
- Monthly reconciliation of balancesPayment of providers
- Expenses control and monthly reconciliation.
- Electronic payments through electronic banking or other means designated by theCompany.

**LABOUR AREA**
- Labour issues: hirings, dismissings, modifications, social security, pension fund, local insurances supported by external advisors and by the group.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of Swiss Legal & Tax
- Team player & respect of deadlines
- ERPs: SAGE, MS Office, online banking (SalesForce is a plus)
- Fluent in German & English
- French language is a “plus”
