WHO WE ARE

Urban Connect is a multimodal mobility platform for companies and communities that enables shared, climate-neutral mobility. The platform offers companies an ecosystem of low-emission, shared vehicles - everything from e-bikes to e-scooters and e-cargo bikes to e-cars - with everything bookable via one (award-winning) app. In addition, the platform also enables the simple integration of existing vehicle fleets - and the measurement and management of their utilization. It is also in this context that we help companies map an optimal, sustainable, cost-effective mobility mix for their employee mobility needs.

Tasks

YOUR MISSION
- Drive and execute any marketing and design related tasks
- Build brand reputation and brand awareness via well-targeted digital campaigns
- Make recommendations and contribute to building, defining, and extending existing UC brand guidelines
- Produce and execute digital projects for external communication (LinkedIn, website, newsletters, clients landing pages, etc.) from initial idea to final completion, including the creation of content (texts), designs, visuals, product / service shoots, and tutorial videos
- Manage and grow brand primarily on LinkedIn and other B2B marketing channels, including community management, storytelling, content writing, digital content (image, graphics, animations) and paid ads
- Cooperate closely with sales and key account teams to run marketing initiatives and provide communications advice and support

**Requirements**:
YOUR STORY
- Brands and design are your passion and you enjoy writing stories
- You combine conceptual, editorial, technical, and organizational skills with creativity and flexibility
- You have a proven portfolio of previous work and a demonstrated ability to execute projects from design to delivery
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools, Online marketing tools (e.g. CMS, SEO) and Design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- You can copywrite, create images and graphics for external corporate communications (website, LinkedIn, landing page)
- You have experience in running social media ads (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads)
- Strong team mentality and committed to high quality, also under pressure
- You feel inspired by a purposeful work environment and a team driven to help reshape the future of urban mobility
- Proactive mindset: keen to identify process improvements and help colleagues to action them to ensure successful implementation
- You have a can-do attitude, love solving problems - and enjoy challenging yourself and others to improve the status quo
- Full English working proficiency is a must, German is a plus
