For our Client, an international manufacturing company based in Pfäffikon, SZ with several international subsidiaries, we are looking for a qualified and motivated professional as

**Product Manager** (M/F) 100%

**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan, design and implement a successful brand strategy aimed at sales development through various channels - importers-distributors, wholesale, e-com, retail (DIY and traditional) and direct sales;
- Drive product launches to new markets and/or countries;
- Active interaction with R&D on new products development;
- Maintaining and developing product catalogues (online and offline);
- Trade marketing (promotions and special offers);
- Participation in trade fairs and driving other events for B2B clients, e.g. conferences, presentations and training (both offline and online);
- Market monitoring and analysis, product positioning;
- Participation in new product purchasing and assisting in supply chain optimisation;
- Up to 25% travel within and outside Europe (e.g. China).

**Your qualifications**:

- Engineering degree (required) with preferably MBA in Marketing;
- Fluent English both spoken and written;
- Fluent German both spoken and written;
- Several years of prior successful experience as Product Manager in Northern Europe, dealing with technical products requiring service support;
- Prior experience dealing with purchase of technical products for own OEM in China;
- Demonstrated track record (e.g. increase in sales, margin and market share, driving out competition, etc);
- Experience of managing of own OEM-brand or positioning of an international A-brand working with exclusive distributors;
- EU/EFTA-passport or a valid permit to working in Switzerland.
