YOUR CHALLENGE:

- Align with Application Managers and UX designer in creating (and eventually own) features and stories for ORBIT as an Sales Journeys Application that deliver tangible business value
- Maximize the value of the product and the work of the development team allocated to the Customer Value Transformation Teams / Squads
- Performing and Owning and driving the UAT & Business Validation in the Agile & Waterfall Releases
- Prioritizing backlog items based on value, risk, and dependencies
- Clearly defining user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile and also write Requirements in Waterfall SDLC
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for ORBIT, aligning with business goals and customer needs
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Retail Operations to gather requirements and ensure ORBIT meets business needs
- Lead agile & waterfall ceremonies and work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

YOUR SKILLS:

- Interest in innovation, digital transformation and technology
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Affinity for technology
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Team player
- Willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work independently on given tasks without close supervision
- Proficiency in English and a native German, Italian or French speaker
