**About the role**:
For our client, a bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent in order to strenghten their growing team. You will have the opportunity to join an international environment with a diverse and talented group of people. It's dynamic, fast moving and always exciting Project-orientation and change are constant.

**Job duties**:

- Efficiently handle customers‘ inquiries such as part requests, onboarding process, customer needs, trading platform issues, IT issues and any complaints, as well as to carry out customer follow-up
- Accurately and timely process requests in CRM databases and internal tools
- Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Compliance and Central File

**We are looking for**:

- CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in Banking or any equivalent classical or university education
- A first experience in the banking sector in Switzerland / in the sale of financial services in Switzerland is mandatory (CFC experience accepted)
- Languages: French (mother tongue), English (fluent, level C1), a third language would be an asset (German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin or Arabic)
- Excellent customer service skills, service oriented, client oriented and networked
- Strong interest in trading and stock markets
- Ability to recognize risks and assess them in terms of urgency
- Personality: empathetic, resilient, flexible, dynamic and stress resistant
- Swiss-residency or willing to relocate immediately

Working hours are organised in shifts:

- 8h15 17h45
- 9h30 18h45
- once a week: 13h00 à 22h15

Saturday (once every 6 weeks) : 9h00 à 18h00
