**Responsibilities**:

- Personnel and technical leadership and further development of the globally oriented ICT Engineering & Operation team
- Strategic and operational orientation of the department for further growth at all SKAN locations
- Operation and expansion of the qualified server, network & security infrastructure in line with the ICT and corporate strategy
- Maintaining relationships and managing our external supplier and partner network, including contract negotiation and budget responsibility
- Ensuring and further developing ITIL service processes and documentation in the qualified environment

Hardskills
- Many years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Proven ICT engineering & operations experience. Certifications/ specialisations in sub-areas such as virtualisation/ Microsoft Azure etc. are desirable.
- Experience in the Microsoft Azure environment and cloud services
- Experience/ certification in modern project management methods
- Experience/ certification in IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Experience in the GMP/GxP environment with CSV requirements is an advantage
- German and English spoken and written
