Overview

Tackle and shape the future as part of our R&D
The 9-strong Mechanical Design Engineering team translates the vision of process automation for aseptic fill & finish solutions into practical designs. We work in close and agile co-operation with automation, software development, robotics and process specialists. Because we understand both development and production, we are the direct partner of manufacturing plants for stainless steel construction, mechanical engineering and 3D printing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management and personnel management of the Mechanical Design Engineering department (8 employees)
- Coordination of cross-location design teams within the Innovation division
- Responsibility for the mechanical design and layout of components and systems
- Providing suitable resources for development projects
- Promoting employees and a positive, performance-related working environment with a focus on personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and professional support
- Ensuring on-time delivery and quality of all delivered parts and documents

Hardskills
- Basic technical training; engineering diploma FH (Bachelor / Master electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical technology, or similar) or comparable training
- At least five years of experience in the field of design
- Business fluent German and good English skills
- First experience in the management of employees
- Experience with quality management systems and/or regulatory compliance systems desired
- Experience in project management preferred
