Our systems play a central role in the production of everyday high-tech products from renowned
manufacturers and are among the leaders in the industry in terms of precision, quality and production
speed.
We are an internationally operating medium-sized industrial company in the Burgdorf area. In a modern
working environment, we develop and produce feed systems for the stamping and forming industry.
Precise positioning in the micrometer range and up to more than 2000 production cycles per minute; the
demands on our modern systems pose a great challenge to mechanics and control.
For the expansion of our company and relief of the managing director we are looking for:
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Your tasks
- Leadership, design and control of sales activities with direct reporting line to the management
board
- Management and coaching of trading partners and OEMs in Europe (excluding Germany)
- Direct sales in Switzerland and to individual customers in neighboring countries
- Promoting the sale of line automation and control
- Supporting the management for the development of new markets overseas
- Cooperation with the development department and product management in the further
development of the product portfolio
- Your profile- Completed training as a mechanical or electrical engineer.
- Preferably knowledge of the relevant sales markets in the stamping sector
- Strong communication skills and willingness to cooperate.
- Negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Personal initiative, goal and result orientation as well as high self-motivation
- Confident handling of IT and communication tools (ERP and CRM)
- Business fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of French and/or Italian an advantage.
