We are seeking a Customer Contact Support for 2-3 months 60-100% (M/F /d) to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Answering of customer inquiries within a certain time frame- Taking care of customer orders, prioritising requests and coordinating with internal and external partners- Checking credit limits and coordinating with accounting and sales managers- Processing returns, complaints, issuing credit/debit notes

Your qualifications- Experience in customer service in an international company-
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
