terreActive AG in Aarau and Hacknowledge SA in Morges are both in the market of Managed Security Services. The strategy is to jointly become the most relevant national cyber security services provider in Switzerland with business in several European countries. The CFO has a decisive role in bringing the companies together and building the foundation of success.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Personnel and technical management of the Finance department with 7 employees
- As a Member of Executive Board, jointly responsible for strategic development and meeting the targets of terreActive AG as a whole and for the Finance department in particular
- Together with the team, responsible for the development and implementation of a consistent set of management and control instruments to ensure transparency, control capability and the achievement of strategic goals in terms of earnings and capital efficiency
- Managing and controlling the overarching processes of reporting, planning/targets, investment management and strategic controlling as well as ensuring thatcost and performance accounting are established
- Responsible for financial reporting (prepared by Swiss Post shared services accounting) and the smooth implementation of requirements from Swiss Post
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and tax laws
- In addition, representing the finances of both terreActive AG and Hacknowledge SA, including a foreign subsidiary, in plans and projects in the area of controlling

**Your skills and attributes**:

- 5-8 years of experience in finance at the intersection of SME and corporate in the IT services industry
- Leadership experience at the executive level
- Excellent understanding of finance, business administration and a solid knowledge of corporate management
- Business education or further training (university degree/university of applied sciences, controlling training or equivalent)
- Ability to manage and monitor financial data with SQL
- Ideally, experience in introducing a new ERP system
- One of French or German at native speaker level and the other at a C1 level
