_PROFILO ACCOUNTANT _

**BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
The Accounting Retail Specialist will be inserted in MOSCOT HQ Finance Department, which acts as a strategic partner to every team in our business. He will manage daily accounting, administrative and fiscal activities of a specific area. He will work in dynamic and international Luxury Fashion industry.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Daily Accounting
- Customer and Supplier Accounting
- Accounting Closures management
- VAT and fiscal compliance
- Cooperate in elaboration and redaction of monthly and annual financial statement
- Control and record passive invoices and banking cashflows
- Check accounting records
- Management of suppliers’ scheduling
- Management of withholding tax and VAT settlement
- Arrange national and international payments and operations on currency accounts
- Management of relationships with customers and suppliers
- Management of purchases and income dissolution
- Support in archive and secretary activities

**FUNCTIONAL & CORE COMPETENCES**
- Solid Knowledge of principles that govern general and fiscal accountability and principles that govern financial statement
- Be highly collaborative, able to connect and work well with others/a large team;
- Be able to deal with precise scheduling and good in time management
- Good Knowledge of MS Office package (excel, word, outlook, ecc.)
- Good Knowledge of Accounting Systems and SAP B1 is a plus

**Key Experiences**

3-5 years experience in administrative roles possibly in International or Consulting Companies

**EDUCATION**
- Technical High School Diploma
- Degree in Economics is a plus

**LANGUAGES**
- Fluent in English

**Travel Requirements**

Availability to international mobility
