You will play a key role in driving the team to deliver on-time results, including:

- Perform cutting-edge research to be shared in high-profile conferences
- Discover and report new vulnerabilities on IoT/OT devices
- Deliver prime-quality Threat Intelligence to customers
- Drive improvements and innovation in our products
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Cybersecurity, Research, and Threat Intelligence
- Experience leading people and teams in a busy and flexible environment
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science or engineering field or equivalent
- Excellent business English level
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
- Excellent management skills
- Attitude to operate in environments including data covered by non-disclosure agreements and high-level of confidentiality
- The role requires working on-site in our Swiss headquarter in Mendrisio._
