**Deine Rolle**:

- Du führst Marktforschung und Analysen zu Branchen
- und Technologieaussichten durch, sammelst Informationen und erstellst Longlists potenzieller Ziele
- Du definierst und entwickelst die strategische Begründung für M&A-Projekte
- Du unterstützt andere dabei, ihre strategische Begründung zu entwickeln. Du präsentierst die strategische Begründung dem M&A Steering Committee und dem Vorstand der Gruppe.
- Du bereitest Präsentationen für potenzielle Ziele vor, verwaltest Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen, entwirfst Absichtserklärungen (LOI) und stehst im Kontakt mit den Eigentümern und Managern der Zielunternehmen
- Du erstellst M&A-Investitionsanträge: aus finanzieller, strategischer und risikotechnischer Perspektive
- Du bewertest kritisch die erstellten Investitionsanträge innerhalb unserer Abteilungen
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf laufender M&A-Projekte
- Du organisierst rechtliche und finanzielle Due-Diligence-Prüfungen, rechtliche Vertragsabschlüsse
- Du erstellst und bewertest Integrationspläne und überwachst ihre erfolgreiche Umsetzung
- Du überwachst und pflegst die Portfoliobewertung des konzernweiten Trichters für M&A-Chancen und -Projekte und präsentierst sie regelmässig

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über einen Universitätsabschluss, gefolgt von einer beruflichen Qualifikation durch eine hoch angesehene Finanzinstitution
- Du bringst Erfahrung entweder in einer Bank/M&A-Boutique oder einem Industriekonzern (innerhalb einer internen M&A-Funktion) mit
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in den Bereichen Fertigung/Industrie mit internationaler Exposition
- Du besitzt umfassende Kenntnisse der rechtlichen, regulatorischen und Compliance-Anforderungen im Zusammenhang mit M&A-Aktivitäten
- Du zeichnest dich durch starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten aus und kannst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig managen
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Englisch
