Working for SkyCell means a start-up spirit, international colleagues, very diverse tasks, a new office in Puls 5 in Zurich - all while supporting a good cause.
We are looking for a Group Accountant / Controller (M/F/d) for our Finance Team. In this position, you will support and consult the CFO and the management board. You will be responsible to further develop our group accounting and controlling and answer accounting related queries within SkyCell and its subsidiaries.
**Tasks**
- Create and implement accounting policies and controls including drafting accounting memos
- Preparation of standalone financial statements according to SCO (OR)
- Group accounting & consolidation implementation according to SCO (OR) - Preparation of eliminations and group adjustments
- Preparation and development of business plans, budgets and scenarios for investors
- Analysis and commenting of monthly and annual financial statements (incl. Management Reporting)
- Contact for accounting and controlling related questions
- Contact of external audits
- Independent support and consultation of existing and new subsidiaries
- Support a strong accounting environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and manage business risks by ensuring an appropriate ICS - Internal control system

**Requirements**:

- University degree (business administration) with a focus in accounting/controlling or any comparable qualification (e.g. Auditing)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or audit with a strong focus on group accounting/audit and an understanding of True and Fair view standards
- 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role or multiple years’ experience in managerial audit role of a big four audit firm
- Analytical and conceptual skills, as well as results-oriented working methods
- The ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups
