Leite das Team von Data Scientists und Web Analysts und unterstütze sie bei der Analyse von Daten und Trends, um die Hotelplan Gruppe weiterzubringen
Du entwickelst und pflegst Datenmodelle, Algorithmen und statistische Analyseverfahren
Die Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams ist dir sehr wichtig, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und passende Lösungen zu kreieren
Du definierst und priorisierst Analytics Use Cases zusammen mit Business Stakeholdern und setzt diese mit dem Team um
Du etablierst eine Community für Data & Analytics und förderst damit Effektivität und Effizienz im Gesamtunternehmen

**Was du mitbringst**:
**Bachelor-Studium (Universität, Fachhochschule)**:

oder Master-Studium in Data Science, Statistik, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich

**Gewünschte Berufserfahrung: mind. 5 Jahre**:

als Data Scientist

**Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)**:
**Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)**:

Du verfügst über viel Expertise in Data & Analytics, die du als Data Scientst unter Beweis stellen und Business Value erzeugen konntest
Du bist ein echter Changemaker, bist sehr kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen
Du hast Spass daran, Talente zu entwickeln sowie Teams und Organisationen zu fördern
Du findest dich in einem abwechslungsreichen und schnelllebigen Umfeld gut zurecht und hältst dich technisch gerne auf dem neusten Stand
Du hast ein solides Verständnis von Webtechnologien sowie der Google Tech Suite (z.B. Google Analytics, GTM, BigQuery)
