**Job description**:
The Automotive Business Unit specializes in development of state-of-the-art low power mixed-signal and RF system-on-chips (SOCs). As Automotive Project Manager, you will directly report to the Business Unit Manager and join a multi-site and multi-cultural team of highly skilled analog, mixed-signal, digital, and software engineers to build best-in-class ultra low power SoCs for a highly recognized customer base. You will be responsible for managing project execution from product definition to production, and require regular involvement with customers and other key project stakeholder. You will guarantee process compliancy of our projects and contribute to maintaining and evolving company-wide design methodologies and working methods. You will also supervise product and test engineering activity of the BU in close collaboration with the operations leader

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Drive project scheduling and resourcing in alignment with the BU Manager. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that projects delivery are on time, within scope and within budget. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and propose preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks and deviations
- Organize technical alignment with design, verification, test engineers & product engineers
- Engage with other business units to leverage IP, technology & best practices
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Profile**:

- Strong autonomy in his field, good communication skills, strong team player
- Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in a constructive and data-driven approach
- Min. Masters in electrical / electronic engineering
- At least 5-10 year experience in similar position and industry
- Used to work in multicultural, multi-site team environment

**Professional requirements**:

- Solid understanding of mixed signal IC and industrialization, with a proven track record in taking projects to volume production
- Strong project management skills. PMP / IPMA / PRINCE II certification desirable. Agile and Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) expertise strong pluses
- Minimum 5 years of project management & 10 years in semi-conductor industry experience, preferably in an automotive-minded environment.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English, German or French fluency a plus
- Experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP/PPAP) and Zero Defect Strategies a strong plus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

**Languages**:

- English proficiency level is a must
- French would be a great advantage
- Any other language most welcome
