Head Data Integration, Director, Group Investment

**What you will do**
- Lead and manage the Data Integration team
- Manage services from 3rd party providers and external data vendors with focus on quality, data procurement and cost optimization
- Enable internal service delivery teams to deliver data in high quality and in an efficient manner
- Differentiate through data advisory to internal stakeholders and define data solutions to meet client needs
- Review and enforce policies for effective data management and ensure high data quality
- Further develop data strategy and develop best practices and standards for data management principles in line with industry practices
- Participate and represent the area in internal and external communities, working groups and events
- Work together with internal IT-teams and drive change management activities
- Develop data management capabilities across teams

**What you bring**
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the financial industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to develop skills and capabilities of team members
- In-depth knowledge of financial data management with good network within the industry
- Strong knowledge of data architecture and modelling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent steak holder management / engagement
- University degree or equivalent
