We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our newly dynamic global team of HR professionals as a People Partner.

This role will provide core HR advisory services across the full employee lifecycle, covering Switzerland and Italy, reporting to the Senior Manager Operations Eastern Europe.

**As our HR Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by**:

- Collaborate on global HR activities, focusing on performance management, compensation management, and talent management processes.
- Support managers and employees in meaningful career development conversations.
- Develop compensation and benefits structures, ensuring alignment with local markets in Switzerland and Italy.
- Foster employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion strategies to create a positive work environment.
- Assist in due diligence efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
- Implement workforce strategies and plans that align with business needs.
- Prepare management information reports, covering headcount, staff turnover and sick leave.
- Train and coach employees and managers on leveraging our global employee platform for an effective employee lifecycle.

**Manage local HR activities & general HR Administration**:

- Provide expert coaching and guidance to people managers on organizational matters, performance, and employment law as well as in position management, job demands creation, and market competitiveness assessment.
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide advice to mitigate formal problems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle general HR administration, including issuing offer letters, contracts, work certificates, and managing employee documentation using the HR system.
- Coordinate with payroll on pay-related matters.
- Establish consistent practices for absence management, supporting successful return-to-work after short
- or long-term leaves.
- Ensure a first-class new employee orientation and integration experience for new and acquired employees.
- Support managers and employees throughout their first 90 days, including probationary reviews.
- Ensure a professional offboarding experience, providing personalized support, pre-retirement planning, and exit interviews with a learning mindset.
- Represent the human aspects and needs of individuals during periods of uncertainty and crisis.
- Conduct annual reviews of Swiss employee regulations in collaboration with the Management and Labor office.
- Create, update, and prepare the necessary documentation required for various audits.

**Your Experience and Education include**:

- Federal Diploma of HR Higher Education required (Brevet Fédéral)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a standalone HR practitioner in SME businesses. International experience would be an asset.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English, with additional languages as an asset.
- Capable of navigating and influencing within a matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of local employment law and legislation.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (Success Factor, ADP, Kelio).
- Ability to build excellent working relationships.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
