**Description du poste**:
Dans cette fonction, vous identifiez, évaluez et implémentez des campagnes media programmatiques au sein de l’agence media intégrée du Swatch Group.

Vous êtes l’interlocuteur des marques et des partenaires commerciaux et technologiques au quotidien. Vous gérez (de manière opérationnelle) les campagnes programmatiques pour les marques du Swatch Group et en effectuez les analyses et reporting.

**Profil**:
Vous savez implémenter et optimiser des campagnes programmatiques Display et Vidéo avec les outils Google (DV360 et Google Ads).

Vous êtes en mesure de définir des KPI en accord avec les objectifs de marketing.

Vous savez définir des stratégies de campagnes programmatiques pour les différentes étapes du funnel marketing.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de reporting (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio etc.).

Vous êtes capable de préparer des rapports de gestion et des recommandations stratégiques.

Vous observez et analysez les tendances du marketing digital afin d’améliorer l’efficacité de vos campagnes.

Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement international, avec de multiples contacts.

Vous êtes flexible, autonome et responsable.

**Compétences requises**:
Vous comptez une expérience de 2 ans minimum en gestion de campagnes programmatiques

côté annonceur, agence ou Publisher.

Vous avez des capacités analytiques et de gestion de projet affirmées.

Vous maîtrisez les Outils de la suite Google Marketing Plateform (DV360, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager ).

**Langues**:
Vous savez communiquer efficacement et convaincre, avec une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (l’allemand est un plus).
