**Role Description**
We are expanding our Financial Intermediaries desk, servicing key segments including Family Offices, External Asset Managers, and Private Banks. You will be responsible for converting inbound interest into clients, developing our sales strategy for outbound engagement, owning your own clients, and assisting with our existing tier 1 clients.
As you develop into the role, understanding our clients’ interests and presenting our value proposition to fulfil their needs will be a critical aspect. Deep knowledge of alternative investments, ability to understand and convey the benefits of individual products we offer is essential to be successful.
We are looking for a motivated, high-energy, dynamic, and well-spoken team player to support us in expanding our customer base.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop relationships with prospective and existing FIM clients (Family Offices, External Asset Managers, Private Banks...) to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests.
- Nurture and develop FIM prospects by presenting Stableton's value proposition.
- Understand and pitch unique and varied product investment opportunities to your FIM client base.
- Assist senior Investor Solutions colleagues with our tier 1 clients.
**Requirements**:
- 2 - 6 years of professional work experience within the financial services industry.
- Sales and/or financial advisory experience.
- At least 1 year covering FIMs in Switzerland.
- Knowledge and strong interest in alternative investments.
- Strong relationship management aptitude.
- Confident, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills.
- Robust analytical ability and approach.
- Fluent in communicating in English and German and/or French (verbal and written).
