Controller Funds Distribution

Aufgaben

Finanzanalytischer Support der Aktivitäten des Vertriebsgeschäfts / Erstellung von Verkaufs
- und Vertriebs-Reports für das Senior Management / Analyse der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) für den Vertrieb wie verwaltete Vermögen, Nettoneugeld, usw. / Unterstützung der Vertriebsstrategien durch Analyse von Produkten, Wettbewerbern, Regionen und Märkten / Unterstützung der Leiter der Vertriebsabteilungen mit massgeschneiderten Analysen / Überprüfung der monatlichen Finanzberichte für die Funktion und Verfolgung von Diskrepanzen / Vorbereitung von Präsentationen / Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO-Office, um Diskussionsgrundlagen für die Finanzzahlen (AuM und Flows) und Monatsberichte zu schaffen / Automatisierung und Vereinfachung der Reporting-Prozesse / Verbesserung der Datenqualität sowie der Qualität der Reportings / Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Projekten für das Senior Management.

Qualifikation

Master
- oder Bachelor-Studium im Bereich Finanzen / Erfahrung im Asset Management als Finanzanalyst, Controller oder Wirtschaftsprüfer / Kenntnisse über Fonds und Anlageprodukte / Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail / Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen / Verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit / Selbstständig und teamorientiert / Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen richtig zu kommunizieren / Präsentationsfähigkeiten / Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse / Deutsch sowie Englisch.
