**Position Summary
Nestlé Nespresso has been one of the most successful operating unit of the Nestlé Group, the world's leading food, beverage, nutrition and wellness company. It has pioneered the portioned coffee market to provide premium coffees and related products/services, both in-home and out-of-home.
As a **Decision Support Manager **, you will coordinate PEC between accounting team and controlling team and perform variance analysis reporting. In addition, you will ensure highest level of compliance with Nestlé standard and financial information integrity.

**A Day in the Life of a Decision Support Manager
- Complete Period End Closing and Variance Analysis Reporting while ensuring that Monthly closing is performed on-time with accurate data
- Coordinate the monthly process of Profit & Loss Dynamic Forecast and submit to Nespresso Group
- Make sure all main variances are explained allowing to act towards improvements
- Anticipate risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to the F&C Manager
- Promote compliance to Nestlé and NESPRESSO guidelines and policies
- Secure timely and quality execution of key controls assigned to Finance
- Periodically review main operational risks, adapting the control framework where necessary
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes to gain efficiency and increase first time quality data
- Ensure correct setup in Nessoft ensuring accurate reporting of financial data
**What will make you successful
- Between 3 and 5 years prior experience within a finance role (Controlling, Financial Analysis etc)
- Excellent Communication & Project management skills
- Previous exposure to internal control processes
- Proven ability to manage complex Stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to cut through complex, big data sets to generate insights
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other ERP systems
- Fluency in both English & French Languages - both verbal and written
