Stellenbeschreibung In der Abteilung «Quality Laboratory for functional Testing», finden Testmethoden und Messequipment zur Prüfung von** **mikromechanischen Dosiersystemen Anwendung - Sie koordinieren ein Team von Laboringenieuren, welche für die Testung von mechatronischen Dosiersystemen während des gesamten Lebenszyklus verantwortlich sind - Sie gewährleisten die fristgerechte Bereitstellung von Prüfberichten, sowie die Entwicklung von dafür notwendigen Testmethoden und Messequipment - Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung - Mit dem Team liegt die Optimierung der Prozesse und Tools in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich - Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Cross-Funktionalen Teams - Planung und Durchführung von Verifikationstests für Design Verifizierung/Design Validierung von «Drug Device Combination» Produkten - Versuchsplanung und Durchführung statistischer Auswertungen - In Ihren Bereich liegt die Verantwortung für Beschaffung, Verwaltung und Unterhalt der Laborinfrastruktur, dazu gehört auch die Messmittelüberwachung - Teilnahme am ”Product Development Process Qualifikationen - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieur-, Natur - oder technischen Wissenschaften mit 5 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich Labor Testdurchführung oder Analyse im Labor - Erfahrung beim Leiten von Teams - Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und exakte Arbeitsweise - Erfahrung im Bereich im Bereich (c)GMP und / oder ISO 13485 - Sehr gute Statistikkenntnisse bzw. in der Betrachtung und Interpretation von Daten - Effektive Personalplanung - Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch - Erfahrung bei Ressourcen - und Projektplanung von Vorteil - Erfahrung, Elektronik, Software und Mechanik Zusätzliche Informationen Wir bieten ein herausforderndes, internationales Umfeld und die Chance, sich mit Wissen und Engagement im Unternehmen und den verschiedenen Teams aktiv einzubringen inkl. persönlicher Weiterentwicklung.
